Katy Pope, Agency Principal
An industry veteran since 1989, Katy cut her teeth in dealership operations for 12 years and developed integrated marketing campaigns and strategies for the next 12 with a national automotive advertising agency.
In 2012 Katy realized there was a desperate need for smart dealers to be partnered with an agency that understood their unique challenges and goals, be it marketing and traffic all the way to sales.
Thriving in the fast-paced environment, she frequently says, "This is such an exciting time in our industry. It's changing so much every day, and new technology and processes make for great opportunities for innovation and creative thinking."
An Atlanta native, Katy enjoys spending time with family, reading, contributing to the economy by way of new shoes and travel. She's a dedicated mom to two thunderous Ragdoll cats: Spencer and Winston who may secretly run both her life and the agency.

Mike LaSchuk, Fixed Operations
35 years of experience forged in the crucible of New York and New Jersey's largest agencies and production houses versed Mike in both sales and fixed operations for automotive dealerships.
He specializes in delivering results-driven fixed operations campaigns that have driven millions of increased revenue across Formation's clients and offers proven best practices and best-in-class training events regularly to fixed operations teams.
Mike was a member of the 1976-1977 Rutgers University men’s volleyball team that played in the NCAA Division One Final Four Tournament, and who were inducted into the school’s sports hall of fame in 2006. He has lived in the Atlanta area since 2002 with his wife and three daughters.
Tina Alexander, Media Director
Tina has enterprise and regional media purchasing experience for various agencies within the Southeast Region including regional associations (Tier 2) and dealerships and group (Tier 3) clients.
Her diversified history enables her to leverage insights from other industries and local events to ensure brand presence is strong for Formation's clients.
In her leisure time, Tina enjoys watching TV (shocking right!), traveling to any place that has sun, sand and waves, and spending time with her husband and four fur babies.
Ashley Parker, Senior Account Executive
Ashley started with Fixed Operations within the automotive advertising industry but has honed her skills and knowledge over the past years across sales, service, and parts.
From traditional advertising to sales she has proven experience coaching dealers and delivering successful ad campaigns. She's the first point of contact and support for most clients and they have learned to trust and to call on her.
In her off-time, Ashley enjoys traveling with her pilot counterpart and snuggling with her seriously cute dog, Ziggy. She also takes in the "occasional" concert. If there is a good show or music festival in a 100-mile radius, you can expect Ashley to be there!
Rithika is a woman with no regrets. Her penchant for marketing brings an unparalleled level of service and attention, and she always goes above and beyond "standard" expectations because it has been a lifelong dream to continue her family legacy within the advertising world.
A world traveler, she loves applying her passion and creativity for marketing towards client success, and refines those ideas using practical experience acquired with multiple local companies and agencies. Her foundation with a Bachelor's in Marketing and Advertising - along with another in Business Management - helps bring a superior level of professional detail to her work.
In her free time she enjoys reading new materials, dancing to the beat and (of course) traveling... which she believes helps her contribute winning creative ideas to the team and accounts.
Chris brings two years of search engine optimization experience and has attended regular industry-leading training including SMX, Digital Dealer and DrivingSales to constantly deliver best-in-class content and performance for dealership clients. He is Google AdWords Certified and holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing.
As Digital Media Coordinator, Kate works behind-the-scenes on the websites and creating email marketing. She loves being able to use the knowledge she’s gained from her previous position in the automotive industry and pair it with the new skills she is learning at Formation to produce effective advertising and marketing campaigns.
Kate loves spending her time outside, hiking, kayaking or doing yoga.
Kate is originally from Massachusetts but now feels right at home in Atlanta with her boyfriend, though she’s always up for a vacation to the beach or to explore a new city.
Eric Bradberry, Supervising Editor
Eric is Formation Advertising's in-house video Yoda. He has a keen eye for picking creative and keeping the visual identity of our clients' stores above par for the market. His work experience includes 10+ years of video editing and camera work, ranging from Turner Classic Movies studio shoots, CNN electronic news gathering and automotive advertising. Since he was a kid running around the house with his mom's VHS recorder, video has been his passion. You can often find him moving about the office filming projects or in the field, on location... shooting everything from celebrity golf tournaments to product shots.
He also has a strong love of audio production, stemming from his many years of playing and recording music with his family and friends. His childhood dream was to be a veterinarian because of his strong love of everything animal-related. At home, his wife and pugs keep him company during his off time. Though his wife thinks he is crazy, he will spend hours at a time freeing insects from his home to release outside. So it can easily be said that Eric would - literally - not hurt a fly!
